Ali’s pilates journey began in 2018 when she first stepped onto the reformer — and it quickly became much more than a workout. Over the years, Pilates has supported her through injuries, improved her quality of life, and had a profound impact on her mental health. That deeper experience transformed what started as a practice into a genuine passion and belief in what this work can do for people. She began teaching reformer in the spring of 2025 and she’s currently completing her comprehensive STOTT Pilates certification. What draws her most to the reformer is the beautiful combination of strength, flexibility, and balance — the way it challenges the body while also restoring it.
Community and connection have always been at the heart of how she shows up in the world. Working with and inspiring others is something she finds deeply meaningful, and she feels truly grateful to share something she loves while growing alongside everyone she works with. Outside the studio, you’ll find her enjoying home life and adventures with her husband, cuddling their furry family members, and dancing with friends. Ali can’t wait to move with you.
