Kyra is fuelled by a love for Pilates and grounded in the principles of strength and conditioning, with movement becoming a central part of her daily life. Growing up with a mother living with MS deeply shaped her perspective on the body’s resilience and adaptability, inspiring a passion for helping people move in ways that honour what their bodies can do. Working with a wide range of bodies, abilities, and experience levels across different settings has been one of the most meaningful parts of Kyra’s teaching journey. She is passionate about creating classes that feel supportive, intentional, and empowering for every individual.
In her classes, clients can expect thoughtful sequencing and precise movement patterns that build progressively. Kyra loves incorporating layers, pulses, and controlled, intentional movement to create strength, awareness, and connection within the body.
Currently, Kyra’s personal practice is inspired by strength training, Pilates, yoga, and mobility work.
