Our fully stocked studio has everything you need to have an ever-changing variety to your workout, as well as support and muscle isolation for rehabilitation programs.
At our Victoria Shelbourne Pilates Studio, we have seperate rooms for Private Pilates Instruction, Small Group Reformer Pilates Classes, and exercise rehabilitation and Scoliosis classes in our bright private studio.
