Pilates

At the Shelbourne Physiotherapy Pilates Studio not only do we have the most extensive schedule of classes in Victoria and Vancouver Island, we keep our class sizes small and specific to certain levels and goals.  Together with our extremely experienced instructors, client care, and flexible policies we are confident we can meet your needs!

Our classes run on a registration-based system.  Usually registration is for a 2 month period, however we run shorter 1 month terms during the summer months.

As our class sizes are kept small for quality, these classes tend to be variable as to availability. Check with the studio coordinators Shiva, Maj, or Paula for availability.
